ISO 15189:2012 „Medical laboratories – Requirements for quality and competence” specifies requirements for quality and competence in medical laboratories. The standard can be used by medical laboratories in developing their quality management systems and assessing their own competence. It can also be used for confirming or recognizing the competence of medical laboratories by laboratory customers, regulating authorities and accreditation bodies.
CONSULTING AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER (LVTC) at INTERPROJECT LTD consult (See page “Licensed CVT”) at development, implementation and/or updating of management systems – EN ISO 15189 for medical laboratories. The LVTC provides services of the above mentioned management systems and the practical implementation of the system in laboratories and inspection bodies, also provides testing, sampling, and calibration services, control and audit of raw materials and products.
